New Body Update (week 4)

When I started my "new body" journey, I had a great start with the Weight Watchers program.  Well, the last time I tried to put my points in, it kept giving me an error message.  I then logged out and once I logged back in I got a message saying I was no longer an active subscriber!  I could not believe it!  I immediately began to have withdrawals.  What was I supposed to do now?  I mean I knew I only subscribed for one month but they didn't give me a warning that my time was almost up or anything!  No email asking to renew my subscription before it expired, NOTHING!  Well, needless to say, I began taking matters into my own hands.  I started progressing on my journey the old fashioned way of working out and eating right.  The good news is that Weight Watchers helped me realize how I ate and how to choose healthier options.  And some foods that we don't necessarily think about like drinks, juice, tea, etc, have so many empty calories that can contribute to weight gain.  I have learned to get my calories from actual food instead of liquids, except on the rare occurrence that I would prefer a milkshake as my meal instead of food.  Don't we all have those days occasionally?  I am happy to let you know that I still managed to lose three more pounds this week!  Now for the hard part, which is the last ten pounds.  So far I can tell in my jeans a small difference because I now have more room in them than I did before.  My goal this week is to lose another 2-3 pounds and continue this way until I get to my goal.  Another thing I did was looked up how many pounds it would take for a person my height and weight would need to lose weight (google) and am also using that as a guide.  As I said, I am determined to get down to single digits in my clothes!  Thanks for your encouragement and keep wishing me luck!  Pics coming in the next post...
