Weight Loss Update (week2)


Guess what!!! My Weight Watchers program is going great! This week I lost two more pounds and I am very excited about that.  That brings me to a total of six pounds lost.  Only fourteen more to go!!  I'll even settle for losing nine more.  It's getting harder though.  For those of you who are not familiar with Weight Watchers, they go by a point system.  Every food has a point.  Fruits and vegetables are zero points, all other foods vary.  They give you a total number of points per day and you are not to exceed that number, but if you do you also have a stash of bonus points that you can dip into.  As you continue to lose weight your number goes down, meaning you can not eat as much bad goods, but are encouraged to eat more nutritious foods.  My number has decreased but I am determined to get down to my size eight.  You guys wish me luck!
